Refund policy

We Ship Next Day because we want to assure that your newest tank mate comes Happy and Healthy. However, With the slightest chance that a Fish is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or sick please contact us within ONE to TWO hours after carrier Delivers with pictures and/or video to get assistance. You must include a picture of the fish in the sealed bag that they are shipped in for a full refund for a full refund on the DOA fish, but shipping costs are non refundable due to expense is paid to the carrier. Please email photos or video of fish in the sealed bag and provide a brief summary of the issue and anything deemed important along with your order number in the subject line.
